The situation
Plumbers and electricians miss calls while they are working, and a missed call is usually a lost job. A receptionist is too expensive for a one- or two-person business.
What was built
- Designed the product and built it end to end in about a month
- A phone line answered in real time by an AI that says it is automated
- Collects the customer's name, address and problem, one question at a time
- Recognizes emergencies such as gas, fire or water near electricity, and gives safety instructions
- Sends each job to the tradesperson on WhatsApp, with an estimated value
- A dashboard for the tradesperson and online payments
What changed
Live at ciaoidra.com and already answering calls for tradespeople in Italy, with plans from €99 a month. Built in about a month.
