What does the work actually look like?

Every ticket follows the same shape: you drop the spec — a Figma, a v0 / Bolt / Lovable / Replit prototype, or a ticket against your existing repo — plus acceptance criteria into a private Notion board. We confirm scope and queue position the same day. You watch the build land on a Vercel preview, and we open a PR against your repo for review. Most tickets ship in 1-2 business days. What's the first-week guarantee?

We commit to merging a PR into your repo within 5 business days of subscription start. If we miss that — for any reason that's our fault — your first month is on the house. After kickoff, you'll have a Notion board and a Slack channel within 24 hours.

What if I have an urgent request that can't wait 2–3 days?

Tell us in the ticket. We'll re-prioritize the queue if there's room (subscribers always have queue priority over Project work). For genuinely time-critical work — same-day or sub-24-hour — we can either prioritize past your other tickets or send a one-off rush quote.

Is this one person or a real team?

Accepted Answer

Founder-led by Francesco Vitale. He handles delivery directly and brings in additional engineers when scope warrants extra hands. The same person owns your Notion board and your Slack channel for the life of your subscription — no rotating delivery contacts, no hand-offs.

What if I don't have a Figma?

Figma is one of several inputs — not a requirement. We build from anything that defines what to ship: Figma files, v0 exports, Bolt prototypes, Lovable apps, Replit-built apps, Cursor output, screenshots of a competitor you want to match, or a half-built React codebase. The hard requirement isn't Figma — it's a clear definition of what to build. If you have only an idea (no design, no prototype, no wireframes), you're earlier than us; we ship code, we don't decide what to build. For founders who need design too, we can pair you with a partner designer as a separate engagement.

Do you do backend?

Not the backend itself — but frontend integration work is in scope. Wiring up auth (Clerk, Auth0, Supabase Auth, NextAuth), consuming your APIs, Stripe checkout, CMS hookups (Sanity, Contentful, Payload), analytics — all of that we ship as part of a normal frontend ticket. What we don't build is the server side: your APIs, your database schema, your business logic. For joint frontend + backend engagements (e.g., taking a Bolt or v0 prototype to production with real APIs), we partner with backend engineers and scope it as a separate parallel track on the intro call. Same delivery model: PRs into your repo, full IP transfer.

What counts as one request?

One page (marketing, product, or dashboard view), one component family (e.g. a navigation system, a pricing card set), one design-system task (tokens, theming, new variants), one AI feature implementation (chat UI, embedding-based search, agent interface, streaming responses), one polish pass on existing code (LCP, CLS, accessibility), or one AI-prototype cleanup (Bolt / v0 / Lovable / Replit output rewritten to production). Anything bigger — a full marketing site, a SaaS UI build, a brand refresh — is scoped as a Project (the second tier) instead. If you're unsure, drop it in the queue with a description and we'll size it before we start.

How is this different from a freelancer or a full-time hire?

A freelancer is invoiced per hour, scoped per project, and goes silent between contracts. A senior frontend hire in the EU runs €8–12k/month all-in once you include taxes, equipment, holidays, and the hiring/firing cost. Vitale Systems is €2,997/month (limited spots — standard rate €3,997/month) with a published SLA, a defined ticket model, and a guarantee on the first PR — roughly a third of the loaded cost of a hire, with no hiring risk and no firing pain. The right fit until you have continuous full-time frontend volume.

Can I lock this price in?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The €2,997/month rate is locked for the lifetime of your subscription — as long as you don't cancel, your rate never goes up. Standard pricing of €3,997/month applies to new sign-ups once spots are filled.

Question 10

Is there a discount for paying annually?

Accepted Answer

Yes — €29,997/year instead of €2,997/month, a 17% saving (about €5,967/year). Annual is billed once upfront via Stripe and renews each year until you cancel. Cancellation stops the next renewal; the prepaid year continues until its end-date. Same delivery model, same SLA, same first-week guarantee.

What if it doesn't work out?

Cancel from your account. The queue freezes, you keep everything we shipped (full IP transfer), and we hand off any in-progress work cleanly. No retention motions, no minimum terms.
